Empire Barber & Beauty Training Center is licensed by the New York State Education Department’s Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS). Our Master Barber Track is approved to provide the training hours required to pursue the New York State Barber (Master) License through the New York State Department of State (NYSDOS). Upon successful completion, graduates receive documentation of completed hours for licensure eligibility and next-step guidance for the state exam process.
