How to Enroll
Getting started is straightforward. Here's what you need to know about admission requirements, the enrollment process, and next steps.
Limited Launch Offer
Founding 50 Tuition: $8,000 — The first 50 enrolled students will receive our special launch tuition rate. After the first 50 seats are claimed, regular tuition will be $10,000. Only the first 50 enrolled students will receive this launch rate.
Admission Requirements
Enrollment Status: Empire Barber & Beauty Training Center is currently completing the NYSED BPSS licensing process. Enrollment is not open until all required state approvals are obtained. You are welcome to request information, join our interest list, and schedule a tour in the meantime.
- ✓At least 17 years old
- ✓Valid government-issued photo ID
- ✓Proof of high school diploma, GED/HSE, or approved equivalent
- ✓Complete application, interview/orientation, enrollment agreement, and financial paperwork
- ✓No prior barbering experience required
- ✓Must be physically able to perform barbering tasks safely
- ✓Students under 18 need a parent or guardian signature
Final admission depends on completed paperwork, school acceptance, and meeting all catalog standards.
Schedule & Program Info
Primary Schedule: Day Program — Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (32 instructional hours per week).
Evening interest is collected for future planning. If you're interested in an evening schedule, let us know when you contact us and we'll keep you updated.

Attend an Orientation or Campus Tour
Visit the training center, meet the instructors, see the space, and get a full overview of the program, schedule, and expectations.
Complete Your Application
Submit your application along with required documents (ID, diploma/GED proof). We'll review and schedule an admissions interview.
Admissions Interview
A brief conversation to understand your goals, answer remaining questions, and confirm you're ready to commit to the program.
Enrollment Agreement & Financial Paperwork
Review and sign your enrollment agreement, set up your payment plan, and complete all required pre-enrollment disclosures.

Licensing Disclosure: Empire Barber & Beauty Training Center is currently completing the New York State Education Department (NYSED) Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS) licensing process. Enrollment is not open until all required state approvals are obtained. All tuition, schedule, and program details are subject to change pending final BPSS approval. Required disclosures, enrollment documents, and refund policies will be provided in writing before any enrollment agreement is signed.
