Veteran-owned · Career-focused

A new mission
built around craft.

Empire understands the value of structure, responsibility, teamwork, and purpose. The program is being developed to welcome veterans, service members, military families, and career changers into the barbering profession.

From service to civilian career

Skills that move with you.

Barbering can offer a portable skill, a direct connection to community, and multiple career paths—from employment and booth rental to shop ownership and education.

Empire’s planned training model emphasizes professional standards, clear routines, practical skill development, customer service, and business readiness.

Important benefits notice

Approval comes before promises.

Empire intends to pursue appropriate pathways that may support military-connected trainees. However, eligibility for VA education benefits, tuition assistance, VR&E participation, or other military-connected funding is not currently approved and should not be assumed.

Empire will publish benefit information only after receiving the required school and program approvals. Prospective trainees should confirm eligibility directly with the appropriate government agency before making financial decisions.
