The first 50 students who meet the published admission requirements and complete enrollment after Empire receives all required approvals will receive the $8,000 “Founding 50” tuition rate.
This is not a drawing or a “maybe.” Once 50 completed enrollments have been accepted, tuition will return to the standard $10,000 rate.

Empire Barber & Beauty Training Center is currently completing the NYSED BPSS school licensing process. Formal enrollment will not open until all required approvals are received. Joining the priority list is not enrollment and does not by itself reserve a seat.
